Okay, I need to drop a reservation, so I am not "cheating" the system by having any extra...

Friday, July 1 arrival (only DS, 5, and I-DH arrives later at night)
Options:
Cape May (just DS and I)
Explore resort and get counter service at resort-maybe a pizza so we can have leftovers-can you do the pizza deal for 2 CS at CBR :confused3
Go to DTD and get counter service

Saturday-July 2 MK day (all 3 of us)
Crystal Palace late breakfast
Ohana dinner

Saturday, July 3 DHS day (all three of us)
early lunch at Sci Fi (we are going OOP on this one and will probably just split some food-we just love the ambiance)
Dinner 50s PTC

Sunday-July 4 AK day (DH leaves around lunch time)
Donald Safari late breakfast
DH leaves
Back to resort to rest and do pool
counter service at resort or Cape May

Monday-July 5 Epcot Day (just DS and I)
Counter service lunch
Biergarten early dinner

Tuesday-July 6 (departure for DS and I-leave around lunchtime)
Magic Kingdom
Use up counter service and snacks

My reservations are mostly set...I am really only questioning when to do Cape May either arrival night or July 4-or we could do another non-park option on those days. I am mostly 2nd guessing b/c I am wondering if it would be smarter to just hide out in our room on July 4th or if a place like Cape May won't be as jammed b/c everyone will want to be in the parks watching fireworks?

If you don't want to be part of the action on the 4th... It would be a great time to do Cape May. The parks, particularly MK, are beyond mobbed in the evening.
