I cant log on my old name

I've had my old account for about a year (sbleigh)
and for the past 4 months it hasn't been letting me get on. . Whenever i log on to it and hit log in. it literally refreshes the log in page and now i can't get on to my old accout.
i had a crown, princess outfit, cowgirl outfit. and more. its not fair.
does anyone know what to do? i tried asking then for help but it doesnt work.
i could really use some help! please!

Maybe your password isnt right? Or somehow the log in ID is spelled wrong?? Best of luck!

Usually that means either your username or password are incorrect.

Try going here . Click on "Already Registered"

Try logging on and if it doesn't work, they have links on the bottom that say "Forgotten your Password?" and "Forgotten your Member Name?"

Try those. Hopefully it'll help.
