I can't get my vacation confirmation to come up on disneyworld.com

For those of you following the ...OCT - DEC AP Rate Thread... , you know that I've had difficulties getting my ressie switched over to the new AP rate today.

OK, I cannot get the new ressie, which has 6 of my 7 nights on it, to come up on the disneyworld.com website. The 7th night, which is the night we had to keep at rack due to no AP rate availability, is showing up as it's own reservation, just like it should.

You can see the new reservation in the drop down field, but when I try to access it, I get a message that the reservation cannot be accessed.

This is kind of scary, considering the problems I've had this morning with my reservation being in limbo for over an hour. The CM, nor anyone on her floor, could get my reservation out of hold. Nothing to do with my payments or anything, it had just gotten stuck when the computers went down about 7:50 this morning.

I have the new reservation number, and went ahead and had them make a payment to it today on my Disney Visa. As soon as it has had time to post to the card, I'll print off a copy of it. That, along with the ressie number, will surely verify that I made the reservation. I'm just scared I'll get to my Polynesian Heaven and they'll say, "Sorry, I don't have a reservation for you, and no, we wouldn't be able to get you a room with the AP discount, those are all gone."

I keep trying every 30 minutes to access the reservation, so hopefully by the end of the day (or sooner!) I'll have good news.

I wouldn't worry too much. Call them back to check , but when I was just on the phone, the CM told me they had a computer crash earlier from all the people calling for AP rates for Dec.

It could just be that their server/system is a little slow right now.

I've had the same problem for weeks. My reservation showed up fine before I made a change in rate. When I applied a discount, it wouldn't show up. I called and made sure everything was fine and they said it was. I also got my confirmation in the mail so I'm not worried. Would be nice though to be able to pull it up, I'm a little obsessed!

Just can't figure out why the one reservation, which we made changes to, shows up, and the new one doesn't. Both were made over the phone, and the one with changes is current (includes changes made during the same call as the new one was made).

I appreciate your feedback so far! At least I am not alone on this!

I know when I've made changes in the past, the Disney site didn't get updated with the new and correct information until the next day. Try back tomorrow and see if that works. Good luck!

I have never been able to access any reservations online either.

The error message I always get is to do with my telephone number. My number is too long for the box they give you.

Disney don't even like mailing confirmations to me!

I can't access mine either. I'm on hold on the phone to confirm. There were a bunch of mistakes when they mailed me the reservation confirmation.. so I'm just double checking.

We went in Feb and in May this year - both times made ressies over the phone and you could see the res number online but I was never able to access either of them....
