I cannot log on to mydvc.com

Been using it for years, no problem logging on. Haven't been able to get on… and it doesn't recognize my password and I can't get it to send my password… doesn't recognize my name and birthdate??????

I haven't been on in a few months… did something change?

It working for me. Are you loged into any other Disney website (including ABC-TV)? If so, you'll need to log out from them first. If all else fails, call Member Services.

Thanks Chuck. I don't think I'm logged in any place else, unless I didn't log out when I closed my computer up. weeks ago. Would it keep me logged in?

I can't remember being logged in somewhere else.

Member services is always closed when I can look. That's why I am missing the web site sooooo much right now!
