My house is getting it's shiny red SOLD sign today

Not bad for 9 days on the market and another 10 to wait till the last minute for the inspection!!

We move Aug 21st so we'll have about 6 weeks to - finish the basement, unpack and organize the house and pack to get ready to go way!!

So who wants to come help me pick out all the new stuff to go in the house that's being built?? Can't wait to get going on that now!! What a relief!

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!! I know how exciting that can be (and how much stress is involved too!) We did the exact same thing and moved into a newly built home last April..... out in a small town and we love it! Hope you have many many happy years in your new home.
