.....its almost time for us to leave PA for our long awaited 10 night/11 day visit with the Big Cheese himself. I can barely contain my excitement! ONE DAY LEFT

Cast of Characters....
Me: Aimee, 36 yr old SAHM of 4
Hubby: Dave also 36, owns his own plumbing business
DS1: Owen, just turned 11 on the 3rd, so I see some bday celebrations in his Disney future
DS2: Cooper, 9...one of the kindest kids you'll every meet
DS3: Grady, recently turned 6, he is the one who keeps everyone laughing, completely ham
DD: Emma, 4 and the total princess of the family
My Mom: Kathie, she might kill me if I posted her age, so I'll just say that she is the best Mom and MeeMee ever
My Dad: Joe, who also happens to be the best Dad and PopPop ever!
The Plan:
We're totally crazy and leaving at 7:30 a.m.....We live two hours from the airport that we are flying out of. Every other Disney trip we have stayed overnight somewhere near the airport. So when I made the our flight arrangements I had that thought in my head. However this time around both my Dad and my husband decided that staying over near the airport was not necessary
!!! I was completely shocked
by this and would have never (for my children's sake) have made the flight that early had I known. We will need to leave our house around 3 a.m. I'm completely worried about melt-downs so I am praying lots of pixie dust on our flight. My dh and Dad have been given notice that they are in charge of the kidlets for this flight
. I know I'm going to sound pessimistic here but being "the mom" I can count on one hand....make that one finger....the times that I have thought O I won't nap them because they'll sleep in the car, etc. that the plan has actually worked!!! But I'm trying to just hope for the best and forget about the worst
. I'll let you know how that all works out.
After our crazy early morning flight, we will be whisked away by DME and headed to our resort....BLT!!!! I'm so excited to stay here and see what it will be like to be so close to MK!! And my kidlets are super excited.
Once we are checked in and settled (keeping fingers crossed for a great room, with a great view on a great floor....and ready early).....I know that's a tall order...but one can hope! I'm sure that we'll be too excited to nap but at some point a nap will be a MUST since we have Hoop Dee Doo at 7:15. We have never done it and we have kept it as a surprise for the kids.
Wed: We will head to Chef Mickey's for breakfast (a late one since I'm sure we'll be recovering from our travels) and then hitting MK.
Thurs: We'll do WS at Epcot and we have reservations at Teppan Edo.
Fri: Is DHS where the kids have requested lunch at Pizza Planet. And we think that after we are done there for the day that we will take the boat over to Beach Club and eat a late dinner at Beaches n Cream.
Sat: Is our break day....it was originally scheduled so that my DH could golf but with the tournament that is going on at all of the Disney courses that will not be happening. So I think a day by the pool is the perfect alternative. After a relaxing day we will head to 1900 Park Fare for dinner so that DD gets a meal with Cinderella. We did the Castle last trip during lunch and we thought we'd try something else. I've heard the ugly stepsisters are a hoot and my little princess will be thrilled to meet prince charming!
Sun: We'll be back in the action with a trip to AK and then we have dinner reservations at Kona.
Mon: We'll be back for round 2 at DHS and this time per the kids request (and a favorite of mine) we'll be having lunch at Sci-Fi.
Tues: Takes us back to MK. With no set plans for lunch/dinner. Gonna fly by the seat of our pants on this one.
Wed: Day 2 at Epcot with reservations at Via Napoli.
Thurs: Our last full day will be spent at MK with lunch at Crystal Palace.
Fri: Don't even want to think about our departure day....but the one good thing is that we have a late flight back at 7:40 p.m.
A few side notes: We bought a 10 day park hopper so while we may start out at one park on any given day we very well may end up somewhere else. We also adore DTD and will spend plenty of time there. I am also really hoping and wishing that we will make it to MVMCP! We have never done any special events and I've heard so many wonderful things about them.
I know I'm a little biased but I have the best family ever and I completely adore them and the best part about this entire trip is that I will get to spend 11 days having tons of family time and making family memories that will last a lifetime! I cannot wait!!!!
