I can book dining & excursions officially tomorrow (Monday) What time?

First time DCL cruiser!
Window opens for me to book additional dining and excursions.
Is it like WDW? I can officially book tomorrow (Monday).

What time PST can I log in and book? I'm in WA.

The online checkin and excursion/activity booking windows both open at midnight Eastern time. So, 9:00 pm Pacific.

Important: you must log in AFTER midnight (9:00). Already being logged in and hitting "refresh" won't do it.

Also, be aware, sometimes one window or the other doesn't open right away. Occasionally both windows don't open. It can take minutes up to hours before the lagging window opens. Just keep trying.
