I called to see if I had a PIN code tied to my name and she said "you mean a special offer code?" I guess that's the right thing to ask for! Anyhow...it took them forever to find me...she kept asking if I'd lived on all these streets I'd never heard of and if I had all these family members I'd never heard of. My home phone didn't pull me up at all. Finally, after putting me on hold she said I somehow got linked up to all these other people with the same last name and so she basically put me in with my cell number and got everyone's names right, taking several people off my account. I'm wondering if this is why I haven't seen a discount in years! We used to get fairly regular mailings from Disney. And of course, I had no "unique offer code." It doesn't seem like that should happen so easily! We haven't been in years, but it showed we had.

Do you have a very common last name? Even if you do, should really be no excuse. I work in IT (not Dis) and each account should have a unique identifier - ie your phone # or email address. So strange that this could happen!

I have found in the past that I have entered, or given them my home phone and somehow it get's listed as a cell phone number and vice versa. I seldom give out my cell phone number, because I am one of those odd people that rarely has my cell phone turned on, unless I am expecting a call. I have also worked in IT. It shouldn't be that difficult to have a field in the database for home phone and one for cell phone.

You mean, you can call wdw and actually ask if you have a unique pin code? I was there this past January.. If I had known we might be going in September this year I would've booked the bounce back. I might do that..hmm...
