I Broke My MDE!

So I logged on to try to edit my booking to add one day today and it didn't finalize. But the MDE home screen showed the previous reservation with the previous information and the higher price. Edited again to try to fix it and now have like two instances of my booking in MDE. In hold with Disney now--have been for over 15 minutes. Why can't they get IT right?

Had to write and say your title is funny!! Sorry you’re going through this. I was going to suggest to call, but since you’re already doing that, I hope it gets resolved. They should be able to fix it. Good luck!

Seems like they are doing "Magical Enhancements" (In other words, they are breaking their own)

Why, their salaries are not that great. A friend had an job offer from Imagineering some years ago. He has a PhD in Elelctrical Engineering and. M Masters in Robotics. The salary offered where we work was the same and did not require living in Los Angeles. We work in Maryland. Just look at their career site. The6 always have dozens of open IT jobs.
