I am the proud owner of...

....A 69 point AKV contract!

I only hope that the 'Queen of OKW' realizes that after this..."Hank" and other committed OWK CM's -- will never look at you in the same light again!!!!!!!!

:rotfl2: :lmao: :rotfl: ;)

LOL! Yes, my guide got a charge out of that number of points too. We came up with that number by taking the points needed for a week in a savanna view 1 bedroom in value season and dividing by 3. The extra point was needed.

By the way Mr. Hoffa...Did you find my Dad's lost Teamsters pension?

Welcome home neighbor! My sister and I jumped in too and we purchased 210!! Can't wait to make our first ressies!!:thumbsup2 :yay: pixiedust:

I have been waiting since the year AKL opened and I walked into that lobby for the first time for the powers that be to dream up AKV - OK, so it hasn't been all that a long a wait, but it felt long !!! The wait is almost over !!:woohoo:

Congrats Diane and welcome home nieghbor. DH and I bought 150 points on the day it opened up to members. It's nice to have an OKW neighbor follow us.

:thumbsup2 - and how do you say that? (phonetically?) - I need to practice!

Oh man you guys are killing me, took me hours to find the right combination. Ok I will go search again. :surfweb:

Home is easy to find, it is finding Welcome as a greeting that is harder.

My search also turned up "Karibu" for "welcome" but someone posted on another thread "karibisha nyumbani" and that also translates as "welcome" and "home".

Is anybody going to AKL any time soon who could find an African CM who speaks Swahili who could sort this out for us and give us the correct phrase and the correct pronunciation?
