Karibu Nyumbani !!
Karibu Nyumbani !!
- and how do you say that? (phonetically?) - I need to practice!
My search also turned up "Karibu" for "welcome" but someone posted on another thread "karibisha nyumbani" and that also translates as "welcome" and "home".Oh man you guys are killing me, took me hours to find the right combination. Ok I will go search again.![]()
Home is easy to find, it is finding Welcome as a greeting that is harder.
Great sources! The ones I found the other day offered translations for individual words but not for the phrase "Welcome home". And I'm not surprised it took you hours to find it because I spent a lot of time on this too and didn't find the sites that you turned up. Great work!!This is where I found it.
