I always use the changing stations. My changing pad has its own holding spot in a pocket on the outside of my diaper bag, so I don't stress out. We all wash our hands when we are done changing baby (including baby who is now 16months). I LOVE changing stations

I've been reading this thread for several days now and while I don't agree with the people overly concerned about germs but that's your opinion and of course you're entitled to it. However I just have to at this remark.
