Has anyone else booked with Dreams Unlimited? We only have 13 mail days left before our trip and so far I have not received one travel document or my ME vouchers. I am worried that they won't get here in time. I paid the trip in full at the 45 day mark but really, all I have to show for it is my Visa bill. :scared1:
 
We used to book with them but now we own DVC. I would email your agent and ask them to check into your travel documents. If you don't get an answer I would send a PM to WebmasterJohn (co-owner of DU) and ask him to look into it.
 
I would be worried too at this point..I am sure a email or phone call should clear things up with them!
 
I have used them 3 times for a cruise and they have been great. Even though it is a TA, I think I would call ME direct. I would think ME would come from Disney not the TA. I have had issues before with ME.

Just print your reservation from the internet for the hotel and also I think they would come up with something at ME when you arrive. Biggest issue might be you luggage and you would have to collect it yourself worse case.
 

You should still be able to check your reservations online to make sure they are ok.

Other than that, your other documents and ME are not the end of the world if they don't arrive in time. You can just go directly to the ME counter and they will process you without documents. The remainder of vouchers etc., you can request when you check-in.
 
No worries without your ME documents - over the last five trips, I've only received them once. You just check in at the ME counter when you get to Orlando, and if you don't want to pick up your own luggage, they just take a description of your suitcases along with copies of your luggage claim tickets from your airlines, and they will get your luggage for you.

Call ME directly and ask them to mail out your luggage tags. We also hadn't received ours 2 weeks before we were due to leave, so I called and we received them on time.

I hope everything works out for you. I noticed that a lot of problems with DU don't get solved until someone asks for help on these boards :rolleyes1
 
Yes, I will call ME tomorrow about my luggage tags. And yes, Princess Pooh princess:, there was an ulterior motive for asking on these boards!!;)

Hi Laura, do you mean you can check your Disney reservations online with Disney even if you booked through a TA? I've been wanting to do that but can't seem to call it up using any of the confirmation numbers I have.

Is there a way to do it?

I don't think that the system is working right now. If you booked through a TA, they should be able to give you exact answers as to your reservations and should give them to you. Call your TA or email them and they should be able to alleviate any concerns you have.
 
Oh no, I'm not concerned. I just thought it'd be cool to look it up on Disney's site. :) I've every confidence in our TA and that she's booked everything as requested.
