Thanks everyone. I have actually gotten to a point where I love water, I never EVER thought that point would get here. I don't even buy Diet Coke anymore, if we go out to eat I'll have one but all the time at home its water!

congrats must be nice drs are saying i gotta lose 50 too but i havent started yet kinda waiting till the y let me start ghettingup and around more,, hard to do wehen only activity i am allowed is cooking, and light indoor ghouse woirk but no sweeepingor dusting... bsically i cook eat and watch tv or comp..lol but i digress,, am happy tht you aer rechinggoals and it does give me the faith that i'll be able to when i get the chance

I have been working on getting rid of excess too! So far I have lost 13 total inches and 11 pounds!! I am a Weight Watcher ~ and LOVE it! I actually made my goal weight a year and a half ago.........then got lazy.........and now I am back on the wagon!!
