I am so seasick that I can hardly walk!!! I am not sick to my stomach but I am INCREDIBLY dizzy.

I put on my seabands before we boarded the ship and I haven't taken them off (and don't plan too!), taken bonine (which works for me when I am flying or driving in the mountains). I feel TERRIBLE!!!!

Anyone have any suggestions or ideas for me to try!!!!

Thanks!!!

GET off the computer and go lie down!!!! Some fresh air might help!

Maybe recheck the instructions on the seabands. I was told that if they aren't in the correct place that they would not work. I've used them several times but still recheck the instructions to make sure the button is in the right spot on the wrist. Hope you feel better tomorrow.

please dont tell me that, lol, I'll be a nervous wreck boarding...
dont think about it, how bout if you get a 7 up and go sit outside....look around you and dont think about the being dizzy...

Sorry your ill, take care-

I did sleep really good. The computer does make me feel a little better. Maybe because I am talking to my husband and my sister. The monitor moves with me! We are getting really close to docking in Nassau right now. The seas are pretty rough. I have read the instructions for my seabands about twenty times. I think that I might try to find a CM that can tell me if they are on right.

Someone told us to eat an apple before we get out of bed. I tried that this morning, hasn't worked yet!

Thanks!

I took some bonine and laid down (our rough seas were at night) - That really helped me - I put the TV on and I was fine - We were on the Magic about 2 weeks ago and had some rough waters the first night and last night - Must be something in the water!!

Ginger ale might help as well - I know ginger tablets are to help with sea sickness, so maybe ginger ale would help?

If you go down by the health station, they do have sea sickness medicine available - Even if the health station is closed, the tablets are out -

Hope the rest of your cruise runs smoothly!

Go to the Health Center and get their sea sick tablets. I know they really helped me on the <a href="http://0-2u.com?go=cruise" onmouseover="window.status = 'goto: cruise';return 1" onmouseout="window.status=''">cruise</a>.

Go outside and look at the horizon. The fresh air will do you good, and if you are looking at the horizon you won't see the bobbing up and down so much.

Also, stay away from greasy foods.

Hope you feel better. It must be the season for rough seas. Our first two days were very rough as well. Even the cast members were wearing wrist bands!

We were on the four-day last month and I was really sick the first night and a little woozy the last night. I drink ginger ale for dinner every night and it did seem to help especially on that first night.

Could you tell me what movies are playing on board? On one trip as I was departing a gentleman told me how sick he felt on his first day...he said he cured himself with tequila shots, but I think that might just trade one problem for another. Feel better soon!

The ship's doctor said to put them TWO fingers below your wrist, not three. I have my fingers crossed that it will help!

Thanks for all the suggestions guys!!! I REALLY appreciate your help!
