No, it's not.

That would be like saying you hate Disney movies and theme park rides and still going.

I go to KFC sometimes and I hate cole slaw. That's what I would compare it to.

It's probably better if I discuss what she thinks with her anyway.

Exactly.

After this odd occurrence happened the first 2-3 times, you'd think that Disney would care enough to get the software re-linked to "real time" and not some odd clock that looks at MK's closing time as "end-of-day."
They are actively working on it. I hear they're positive they have enough votes in Congress to move everyone over to DST (Disney Standard Time). It's working out to be cheaper.....

I never understand why some people (and my DH is one) feel the need to tell people why they shouldn't feel some way. If you don't feel the same way, tell them (and why, is nice). But telling people how they should feel, IMO, is incredibly judgemental and terribly rude to boot.

I don't think you'll find too many people that disagree with this. What they'll disagree with is who's doing it.

Two weeks ago, I made my FP+reservations in the morning ,for easter week end, and I was able to get A&E, 7dmt, tsmm, etc.

I just checked and unless OP is only going for 2 days, there is still availability for A&E onthe 18th,19th, 20th ....of april.

Actually the PP has said many times that she loves Disney. One can love Disney but hate the way they handle certain pieces of their business.
the funny thing is, that I never said Disney sucks. What I did say that FP+ windows opening 60 or 30 days out from when MK closes is due to guest demand! :rotfl2:

The disney "sucks" was an all encompassing term for the prolific number of complaints you've expressed directly to me over the last few weeks.

That's great news for both you and the OP! But most do not know going into it that what they want will indeed be available if they wait until the morning to book.

While hard to get at times, I think the scarcity of them is overblown a bit. I like to call it dis-hysteria.

Availability and availability at a convenient time are 2 different things. I'd hate to have to plan our day around finding the only 7DMT time I could get was 9:50 PM when we wanted to be at rope drop that day.

Does anyone know why they don't repair/tell people about it?

Because providing the explanation would highlight and emphasize the lunacy (pun intended) of booking FPs in the middle of the night. Can you imagine what it would look like on the website?

Guests staying at a Walt Disney World Resort can begin locking in their Fast Passes 60 days in advance at midnight* Eastern Time. Other guests can begin booking their Fast Passes 30 days in advance at midnight* Eastern Time.

* The booking window commences at midnight if the Magic Kingdom closes at midnight or earlier 60 days in advance of the date your booking window opens (if staying on site) or 30 days in advance (if staying off site). If the Magic Kingdom is open until 1:00 am 60 days (or 30 days) in advance of your booking window, then your booking window will commence at 1:00 am. And if the Magic Kingdom remains open until 2:00 am 60 days (or 30 days) in advance of your booking window opening, then you must stay up (or wake up) at 2:00 am on the day your booking window opens in order to secure the most sought after Fast Passes. The operational times of the other parks do not matter. And if the Magic Kingdom is having a 24 hour operational day 60 days (or 30 days) in advance of your booking window opening, please don't call us or email us as to when your booking window opens as that situation makes our head hurt. It will be your resonsibility to figure out when the Magic Kingdom closes 60 days (or 30 days) in advance of the commencement of your booking window because inputting that information into your MDE page would also make our head hurt.

Perhaps it is better to say nothing.

Looks great. But I'd choose a much smaller font for everything after the asterisk. ;)

If your at RD, do 7DMT then...no FP needed (if its that high of a priority).

I think we did used to hear a word or two about needing to change legacy FP to keep people from having FP return times too late in the day on TSMM.

That's exactly why a lot of people didn't find paper FP to be very useful.

We do, but we also like to ride things more than once. Last year, our first ride on 7DMT (FP+) caused us to change all our plans to be at rope drop the next morning solely because the kids wanted another ride.

So do you think they can change to FP+ window time and unlink it from the closing time of MK? Just your opinion
