I am so glad this worked out for the OP, but there is a valuable lesson to be learned here, this is very easy to happen and can be avoided.
Disney reservations is a very busy place, with many new employees and thousands of phone calls coming in every minute. It is a place that is easy to have a mistake made. Does not make it right but a little prevention goes a long way.
Leave your reservation alone, "unless" you are truly sure you want to change it. If you are considering a change go online, get prices, discuss the situation especially the monetary part and make a firm decision "before" you call.
I have seen too many of these stressful situations and they can be avoided.
I am glad they were able to help the OP get the reservation back, others are not so lucky. So please be sure what you want before you call.
