I am freaking out SOS

@juliebee did you go from 150 to 200 points like I did? Because that is the reason why they are migrating. Its not simple as just hopping from one incentive to the next untouched.

They had to cancel all of the 150 point contracts and give me new 200 point contracts with new contract numbers.
I stayed with the same amount of points (it's a fixed week contract) but they did have to cancel the contract and reissue a new contract number. I got the cancellation and the new contract tonight, so they worked late! There is one thing that looks a little off so I want my husband to give it a look. Could be fine and I'm just not seeing it correctly since it's late on a Friday. Also I noticed they put my husband as the "principal contact" for the contract on page 17 so we need to have that fixed. He has never logged into the DVC website and probably never will. 😂

My points and reservations look fine, so if they changed anything on that, it was handled perfectly.
I'm impressed this was handled so quickly given that things didn't get rolling until afternoon with my guide.

Is there a boat?

Yes it runs different hours than the MK boat though.
@Girlstar30 problem not solved. I got in the shower and then suddenly realized I may have been at Ft Wilderness not WL when I took that boat. They are different colored flags. So someone with more transportation experience can hopefully answer this.

WL’s red flag boat route runs between the MK & WL. The Ft. Wilderness green flag boat route runs between the MK & Ft. Wilderness. Both basically operate from before MK opening until after MK closing.
Sometimes these 2 routes are combined.
The blue flag boat route connects the WL, Ft. Wilderness & the Contemporary. It currently runs after 3 pm.
To get to the Poly or the GF via boat from the WL or Ft. Wilderness you need to take 2 boats, first the red or green flag boat from the WL or Ft. Wilderness dock to the MK & then walk over to the MK’s GF/Poly boat dock by the monorail ramp & hop on the gold flag boat which runs MK - GF - Poly - MK.

Just to add, you could also boat to CR (in the afternoon), then monorail to Poly or GF. Of course, also a very quick Uber or Lyft ride to any of those as well.

I do think it would be nice if Artist Point was more like Topolinos, with a non-buffet character breakfast in the morning and a nicer, table service in the evening. But, it was super easy for us to head over to CR for dinner at Steakhouse 71 while we were there using the boat. And the Lyft ride to Coronado for dinner another evening was less than 10 minutes (and less than $10 before tip, as I recall).

I think Geyser Point is great and Roaring Fork is good as a QS too. Like @Girlstar30 I do not care for Whispering Canyon. That's just not my scene as a dining experience. I've never been to 50's Prime Time but probably would not like that either.

I've made some really good memories at Artist's Point. Love the queen! It's a place I think everyone should experience at least once. I agree it would be nice if they had some non-character meals to flesh it out.
