I have most definitely enjoyed reading all of the posts here, I can only imagine what planning a trip for 6 people, with another coming as well, is like, especially when you are on a tight budget, on the one hand, one tries to save money as best as they can, however on the other hand, one does not want to feel deprived either, so there is most definitely a fine balance and line to be made.
You are doing a wonderful job saving and planning for your trip, and thank goodness that your DH, is paying for the condo! a most definite whohoo!

I love my baby foreman grill,it is wonderful! you will enjoy him (as it were) one can cook just about anything on it.
Crock pots are a wonderful thing too, I do not have one, but I enjoy watching QVC's cooking show, and on more than one occasion, crock pots were being demonstrated, oh how it truly is a thing of beauty, you can cook just about anything in it, you can even bake a cake in it! now that just blew my mind!
So as you are cooking tasty hamburgers on the foreman, in your crock pot you can be baking dessert too!
here is a link from google that has many tasty and tempting links to click upon:

I don't know when you are leaving, but if you are not working outside of the home, you might want to consider a temporary job, that way you could make enough money to add nicely to your budget.
If there is a Target store near you, they have good prices overall on groceries and general merchandise, and I love their $1 and $2.50 spot, their motto is SEE SPOT SAVE that is spot their official mascot, I love that dog and motto! anyway, just the other day I found in the dollar spot bins, Disney ice packs, lip gloss, notepads, zip lock baggies, possibly one or two other things as well, and a non-Disney container of 15 glow bracelets with connectors, if you do blinkie things, and if you do please not while riding the HM or POTC, that is a big pet peeve of mine, which I am sure that you don't do that sort of thing, of course!
One of my favorite things to do shopping wise, is to look for buy one get one free whatever it may be, or ten for ten items, or the like, which breaks down to $1 each item, these are things that I normally use, or am interested in giving it a try, especially if it is on sale, that is the best time to try out something new. Do you have any dollar stores near you? one can save quite a bit of money that way. Keep an eye out too, for Disney liquidators that might be selling in your neighborhood, or close enough to drive to,great price reductions to be found there. I also find that some travel size items, really can be handy and helpful, especially when you do not want to carry full sized items, unless you are going to place some of whatever it may be into a travel size or sample size container, I most definitely can see doing that.
Keep up the great work! and take and share pictures, please!
