I am back!

Sorry I have not been checking in lately but I have been unwell!

I have been diagnosed as severley hypothyroid which would account for some of the difficulties I have had with trying to lose the weight.

I have recently started medication and as soon as I feel a litlle better will get back on track.

Hope you are all doing well and losing the unwanted pounds!

Hi Lynda! Glad you are back! I was diagnosed with an underactive thyroid (Hashimoto's Disease) in 1989, and will be on meds. for the rest of my life. When your medication kicks in and begins to regulate your levels, you will feel so much better--even if you never realized you didn't feel all that great in the first place! So glad you're being treated for this--it certainly shoud get your metabolism going again! I look forward to seeing you post all about your progress!
