Hey. Who knows you better than you? If you want a plan, a plan you shall have.

So then? Ya' gonna' share it with us? :teeth:

I don't think that anyone here could understand just how much better I feel having done this, well maybe Jackskellingtonsgirl, but the rest of you, I am not so sure. :rotfl2:

I'm on version #20 of the planning workbook for our upcoming trip, so I totally get it. I can't imagine going without any kind of plan.

How much detail do you plan? Are you going to share your plan with us?

I used to have color-coded spreadsheets. :) But now I've chilled out and just wing it.

When I travel to non-WDW/DCL places I always have a Google map though. You never know what you'll need so I map it all out. I can find all the WalMarts, Targets, Sams, Costcos, Best Buys, Dillards...well, you name it. Shopping is a very important vacation activity!

I love planning our trips-it actually is part of the whole disney experience for me. I love spreadsheets! graphs! research! itineraries! In fact, the family is going with out dp and myself this June for a week and a half. They stink!...but I digress. They are lost without my planning expertise....they said SO!

I have considered starting the planning for March 2010...now that's crazy!:lmao:

Yes.....please share your plans.....:woohoo:

I agree, a major part of the fun is plannin' the trip, my goodness, if we didn't do that, we'd have never ended up here at DIS. :goodvibes

So Lindy, what's the plan?
You got any special foods ya wanna eat while there? :teeth:

Ah so you caved! :)

Thats ok. I know when we go to WDW next year (yes, we've decided that we're finally making it back out there) that I'm going to have to organize the entire trip. There's just too many parks and way too much stuff to see and do to NOT organize it.

Disneyland on the otherhand, we don't organize at all. We just show up. Except for our next trip which we're going to be juggling DL with D23 Expo as well as Club 33. But I'm resisting to over organize. :rotfl:

Share with us!

I too am a planner...for me, it IS apart of the whole experience. I love ALL the research involved! I'm a control freak, and I could NEVER go on vacation without plans, just couldn't do it. I'm so outta control, I keep index cards in my fanny bag!! My family joked me last trip, UNTIL we got there...those darn notes saved us SO many times!! We were in ALL the right places at ALL the right times!! To me, time at Disney is precious! :wizard:

Okay, I confess, I carry a small tablet with Disney details, but no, I won't wear a fanny pack, makes my fanny look big...ger. ;)

We both just program our phones with alarms throughout the day for Fantasmic, Parades, Fireworks, Dinner Res. Does that count as planning? :)

I'm writin' that down on my list of things to do, that's a great idea! :thumbsup2

Thanks! It works pretty good. Better then trying to keep track of a bunch of papers, which usally get torn or wet or forgotten back in the hotelroom.

Our iphones even have applications that have maps of all of the parks, showing bathroom, attraction and restaurant locations as well as expected wait times, etc.

Hell, I can barely store a number, but I do know how to set the alarm. :lmao:

Oh and I downloaded a ringtone a few months ago. :rotfl2:

I know, I'm pitiful. :sad2:

And yes, that's plannin', you're a planner!! :rolleyes1

Zeitzeuge, we're going to have to have an intervention for you! :rotfl2:

LOVE our iPhones but they are so under-utilized by us! Wanna share those applications????

Hey, can I mail ya my phone so ya can "plan" it for me? :lmao:
I''ll include my notes. ;)

Um, sure send it! LOL

If you go to applications on your iphone and search Disney, you'll find the applications for each of the 4 parks in Florida, plus the two in California as well. I think they're 1.99 each. Very handy if you're not 100% sure where everything is or want to know what the average wait time is for specific rides.
