I admit it......

If you go to applications on your iphone and search Disney, you'll find the applications for each of the 4 parks in Florida, plus the two in California as well. I think they're 1.99 each. Very handy if you're not 100% sure where everything is or want to know what the average wait time is for specific rides.

Thanks! Pretty sure of DLR but would be great to have for WDW!

Yeah we honestly don't use it much since we know the parks like the back of our hand.

*hey what the spot on the back of my hand? I've never see that before*

But at WDW, I'm sure we'll run our battery down looking at the apps so much.

Hidden Mickey? :earboy2:

LOVE our iPhones but they are so under-utilized by us! Wanna share those applications????

I love my iPhone too!
I've got some apps I just adore too.

Big update coming soon for the g3

: OH no honey, I am a planner. If I dont plan ahead of time I freak. It's actually not very pretty. But when I get to the parks we go somewhat according to plan.

Okay, I confess, I carry a small tablet with Disney details, but no, I won't wear a fanny pack, makes my fanny look big...ger. ;)

HAHA...its' actually a thin MICKEY purse, that slings over my chest..sorta like a purse, but not hanging on my arms. This allows me to use my hands free, but it's also not bulky at all. You crack me up! :lmao:

Ok, you asked for it. This is the basic itinerary. I am going more to soak up atmosphere and trade pins than I am going for the rides. I know that it looks completely commando, but it's really not.

Yes, as you can see, I am addicted to the Scudetto sandwich from the Earl of Sandwich. They took it off the menu, but it's basically the Italian with marinara sauce added to it. The sandwich holds up well for a couple of days in the fridge and I have discovered that it makes an excellent on the go breakfast sandwich. :thumbsup2 I realize that it's not what everyone would want for breakfast, but the only time that I eat one of these is at WDW, so while I am there, I do enjoy them as much as possible.

FYI: I don't have an iPhone, but my LG nV is super nifty in that it has a big screen and I used it my last couple of trips instead of carrying all of that paper around. It works great! I too have set alarms on the phone to remind me of the day's events. :thumbsup2

So, there you have it. My non-commando, sort of commando looking itinerary. What do you think?

Wow.

You're so anal retentive, we could put coal up there and make ourselves some diamonds.

:rotfl2: Now, can you see why flying by the seat of my pants just doesn't work for me? :rotfl:

Yeah I can see that. I would be doing the same thing. I got to thinking about our trip and almost started to panic a little bit. Once we get the D23 Expo information/times, I'm going to have to sit down and figure out what we're doing and when. Just got word that my partners parents are going to go with us (I love them) and they don't want us staying at the cheap ol' Motel 6 for $50 a night and instead, they're getting us a room at one of the Disney Hotels.

*resisting the urge to organize..........*

Why resist? You know you are going to be just about as bad as I am before it's all said and done, especially if you are needing to make sure that the inlaws are going to have a good time. Come on over to the anal (retentive) side!

Wow, that sure didn't sound right! :lmao:

I'm a planner too. I already have my spreadhseets going for my trip. Good idea on the iPhone apps. I'll have to check them out. Although I'm a planner I'm not obsessed with the plan. If I'm running late for something, no biggie. If I feel like skipping something, that's fine. Guess you'd say I'm not anal about sticking to the plan. Speaking of, I'll probably have to start a thread to get ideas for my trip.

I am not anal about sticking to the plan necessarily, but if I don't have a good base plan in mind, I just freak a little, ok, a lot. :lmao:

The meals are planned based on what's going to be "tolerated" best in the heat. I sure don't want to have a cholesterol check right after this trip though. ;)

You should start a thread. I would be glad to offer some ideas. :)

It's a good itinerary because you can kind of improv what you want to do during the day! Yaaaay!

Impressive

I need to get my stuff together for July!

And now I have got to try that Earl place - thanks;)

Oh I need to trip plan!

Hey Mike! Handle it, babe!

*trip thoroughly planned* ;) ;)

Hey Mike! Handle it, babe!

*trip thoroughly planned* ;) ;)

1. Get out of bed, and get dressed. (Unless you're Rosie)

2. Pick a park

3. Have fun

4. When you get hungry get something to eat

5. Ride some rides

6. When you see fireworks its time to go home!

There! Trip planned! :rotfl2:

Oh and avoid hot air balloons at all costs! :sad2:
