Never heard of these but I am not into fashion. I like 2 & 4 the best. They are really nice looking. Are they expensive?

#1 checks in as the most pricey...$328 I believe

#3 is going for $285

and I believe the other 2 are around $180ish.

some might gawk at that...but they are quality bags and you get what you pay for.

*sigh*...all you ladies who have DH's who buy you purses...you're so lucky. My DH continues to threaten to sell my "horde" of bags on ebay behind my back...

My DFi can't stand all the purses I have. Each new purse I bring in, I have to get rid of one old one. That goes for shoes as well. And I have a feeling if I EVER came home with a $300 purse he's absolutely strangle me, LOL. A girl can dream, though, can't she?

Funny..not in my local store.

I went in there over the holidays, it was me, a couple, and 2 employees. Both employees were helping the couple wrap/pay for ONE bag.

I'm standing there loaded down with shopping bags and my cheap nine west sling bag (dubbed my 'shopping bag' becuase it goes across my body), with sweat pouring down my face.

10 minutes later I get to the counter, I ask them "Hi - could I have a bottle of the suede cleaner please".

we don't sell that.

wait, i'm sorry...what?

yeah - we don't carry that. Next!

ok...i KNOW I can use any suede cleaner...but come on! you could at least be NICE to me.

I mean dealing with Coach directly is easier than dealing with D&B. Coach gave me a complete credit for one of my bags several months after I'd bought it, and I didn't even kick up a fuss. I don't shop in the Coach store near me. I went in there once and found the employees to have brooms stuck up their bottoms.

i love #3. I have actually been wanting to buy it, but I don't quite want to spend that much on it. I have a grape Dooney "It" barrel bag, and I love it. I have never had any problems with either of my dooneys. I desperately want that anniversary double pocket tote! I need to save my $$ for a long time before I can afford it though!

Ok ya'll...I went shopping today. Wasn't going to...but my mother called me up and said "let me take you out to lunch for your birthday...and let's do some shopping"

Well...they didn't have Coach bag #1 at Nordstrom...we went to the Coach store, they had it and, AAHHH - I didn't like it in person! (it was too "boxy" for me and didn't sit well under my arm) So back to Nordstrom we went.

They didn't have ANY of the D&B's I posted here...so I poked around.

Then I saw this bag...I fell in love. I looked at the price tag, and promptly put it back on the shelf.

My mom came over and said "try it on!" (yes ladies - you know how you HAVE to try a bag on). So I walked over to the mirror...

I fell in love again.

Then my mom hands me 2 envelopes. #1 is a piece of paper folded around some cash...the piece of paper has a picture of coach bag #1 on it, with a "put this towards it - Happy Bday you old Fart" from my brother. The second envelope is a birthday card, with a piece of paper folded around more cash...from my parents. Again, the paper has the picture of the bag on it saying "a little more towards it". My mom says "we thought you'd like the other one - but get this one instead!"

So now I have the cash plus my gift card towards this bag...so I said "what the hey?" Hugged my mom (called my brother and said LOVE YOU!) and bought this: (pictures taken w/ and w/o flash)

Please don't talk me out of it...heheh...I really do like this! Love the dark brown and the silver beading...it's so cute. I'm really happy with it...and still dumbfounded that my family fed into my handbag addiction!

(FTR - I showed it to DH when I got home...his reaction? "It's the same size as the other one you have" Men! )
