Just a fun little hump-day hypothetical. Imagine you had money to burn and could afford to stay at any resort, in any room/suite on the WDW property (excluding the castle suite as that's not available for reservations) - post your dream Disney vacation. When would you go? Which resort would you pick and which room or suite would you stay in? How long would you stay (realistically)? Would you switch resorts partway through the trip?

Also, if you want to throw in some other luxuries (either restaurants and/or excursions) that you'd treat yourself to, that'd be ok too :)

Week 1 -- MK View Concierge at the Contemporary
Week 2 -- Garden View Concierge at the Polynesian
Week 3 -- Boardwalk Inn Concierge

I would go 3 times a year, for a week each trip. :)

No doubt in my mind: I'd stay in Sugar Loaf at the GF for as long as they'd let me without throwing me out!

I just loved the rooms, the location, the atmosphere, the everything!!! I'd like to stay in one of those octagon shaped rooms I don' tknow if they have them in that building- dormer rooms I think they're called?

We stayed in a regular room on the main floor of SL for 5 nights in 2003 and I have never stopped dreaming of it since.

I would go the last 11 days in August, believe it or not we love the summer time. We love going to the water parks , mid afternoon breaks and long hours in the parks.

I would start at the YC, since epcot is our favorite park and then switch after
a week to the Villas at AK. I would do the wishes cruise, we did the illuminations cruise and loved it and maybe the segway tour in Epcot

We are going in April this year, but have always gone the last week of august before because we love the end of summer.

Isn't there some level where everything you could possibly want is included? I mean food plus spa treatments, everything.... Yeah...sign me up for that.. AND rent me the Segway all week to use for length of stay!

I'd stay for a week and a half the first half of December at the Yacht Club Concierge and then switch halfway through to the AKL Savannah View. I'd love to try the Illuminations cruise and I'd like to see WDW during the holidays. We went to DL last December and loved all the beautiful decorations.

My "dream" vacation would be 12 days in April, 6 at the BC and 6 at the Poly. Don't really care if it's Concierge or not, I'd rather use the $ towards shopping or dining. I'd bring my sister, her friend & my grandmother so we'd need at least 2 rooms :)

hmmmm, let's see....I would take 10 days at BWV in a 3 bedroom villa, then move over to CR, in MK view concierge for 5 nights, then over to AKL in a two bedroom villa for 4 nights. I would do that in Dec.

I would do a split stay. First I would stay at AKL, one of those savannah view suites. Then I would stay at CR with a MK view. I'd stay about a week at each place, maybe a little more. We usually like going the last week or so of May, I'd stick with that time of year.

I would stay in a suite (Princess) at the Poly for 10 days on a trip.

The GF during the Christmas holidays would be a dream. The pictures with the dormers look so sweet.

For my third trip of the year I would do CR in the Tower, concierge of course. Please keep in mind that I have never done any of these.:dance3:

That would do it!

I would stay at the Poly or CR, I have never stayed at either before. I did stay in the grand villa at BWI, and that was magical overlooking the boardwalk! I didn't realize how lucky I was at the time!! (thanks, mom!) Also,I have stayed at GF before, and I didn't think it was that magical. Our room was just OK.

I'd spend two weeks each at the Contemporary and the Beach Club.

(I own a DVC membership at Villas at Wilderness Lodge, so it wouldn't make sense to spend "mad money" there.)

Poly with MK view, late October or late March. Birthday for me and FW. 2weeks I think. That would tre' cool. :cool1:

We would spend a week early September at the Animal Kingdom Lodge with a Savannah view; then a week at the Polynesian because we find it romantic and then for however long we could still stay on the property at the Coronado Springs Resort--our favorite resort.

I would go to where I could spend the most days until I ran out of money. I'd rather spend 20 days at a mod. over 10 days at a deluxe!
I'm never ready to leave WDW!:)

This is alot of fun!

I would love to stay at the Polynesian--it doesn't matter which room or building. It would have to be in May for my birthday...Someday I'm gonna throw caution to the wind and spend the money to stay for a week (even though I could stay at CSR for twice as long on the same amount--lol.)

Cool idea for a thread!

I'd either stay at the giant super-deluxe African-themed suites at AKL (Royal Kuba or Royal Assante) or one of those pretty two-floor garden suites at Boardwalk!

1 week (or 1 month if we can really dream!) at Poly.
1 week at GF.
