Hyatt at Key West, Fl

there is a poster on the Dis Orlando Resort Board that wants to trade his timeshare for a DVC - I have asked for more details.


I don't trade my DVC - anyone interested????

Hey Pat - thanks - A trade could surely be worked out. It's hard to stay at Key West year after year. We own week 48 at the "Hyatt Vacation Club Beach House" an awesome property. ( see http://hyattbeachhouse.hyatt.com/property/ The Hyatt properties are equal to the DVC properties in almost every way. We also have flexability in the timing of the trade. Thanks - Steve

Other than location and demand. I see Sunset Harbour and maybe the other Hyatts being an even exchange for weeks 51-16. For the rest of the time, none of Key West is an even exchange for DVC especially for weeks 36-39 and 48-49, which are yellow not red weeks. Trade, just don't trade a full unit of the same size for 7 days.
