Husbands......gotta love em!

My DH informed me Monday that he invited hs family over for dinner tonight. The present count is 18. If that wasn't bad enough he also planned the menu......Lobster and filet mignon. I don't know who he thinks he is but he's lucky I'm letting him live for this dinner party!(he is doing the cooking so it wouldn't be a good idea to hurt him before he party!) Off to finish getting the house ready. (He also volunteered me to spend the day with his sister from out of town so everything has to be ready by 8:45am) Hope I am still sane be the end of the day!

He is still alive?? Mine thinks he can do better with the house bills than me but everytime he gets involved with it , two months later he gives them right back to me because he says he can't remember everything!

OMG! He'd be dead! Reminds me of when DH & I were first married. We were living at Columbus AFB in Mississippi, and I was about three months pregnant and VERY sick constantly. He invited about 12 of his buddies over for dinner and drinks and informed me @ 3 pm. After dinner they proceeded to drink heavily (they were young and bored). DH drank to the point that he passed out at about 10pm and then his friends didn't leave until about 12 when I finally kicked them the heck out of my house. It took him several months to make it up to me!
