We are going to Disney next thursday friday and saturday is the hurricane suppose to be out of town by then?

The projected path puts hurricane Charley north of Florida by Saturday (tomorrow) the 14th. Hurricanes are typically followed by very nice weather.

Weather.com shows the following forecast for next week:

Thursday Aug 19 Scattered T-Storms 90°/74° 40% chance of rain

Friday Aug 20 Isolated T-Storms 90°/74° 30% chance of rain

Saturday Aug 21 Partly Cloudy 90°/74° 20% chance of rain

I think you'll be fine.

It looks like Charley is blowing through today, parks are closing early and lots of people on the coasts are evacuating. These storms go quickly, it will be way over by the time you go. Also, Orlando is pretty far from the coast and not as dangerous as the beach areas. You will be fine.
