Hurricane Hanna's: do you neet to be staying at BC/YC to utilize?

Maybe I misread, but is HH's inside of the pool area (with no acess to guests of other resorts) or can anyone grab a salad there?

You should have no problem dining at HH's. It opens up onto the walkway around Crescent Lake. Disney policy is that you can dine at any restaurant in any resort regardless of whether you are staying there. They do prohibit use of the resort's other (non-dining) facilities such as SAB to those staying at the resort.

No, you do not, as it is outside the Stormalong Bay fence.

Thank you all!...I remember seeing photos, and they looked so close in proximity to the shipwreck that I wasn't sure.

Well,the shipwreck is technically outside the fence too. But while you need a wristband to use the waterslide, you don't need one to eat at Hanna's.
