Hurray! Finally!

Just wanted to let you know that the Judge FINALLY agreed to a settlement between the Workmen's Comp Insurance and myself. I am so glad to be finished with all that. The settlement $$ was ok, I am not rich by any means, but I will be able to invest the money so I can get a decent monthly income. My new powerchair is supposed to be delivered in the next 10 days. I was denied Disability from Social Security.. ah such a game, but it is what I expected. Thank you for the disabilities board, it helps me in ways that you may never realize.

I can understand....I know after my malpractice trial was over (and the over 3 yrs of depositions and Drs and lawyers LOL) I felt light as air......heck I was so excited I went TO DISNEYWORLD!!!!! It was my first trip and my most memorable!!
