Hungry Girl, the webpage for those who are watching their weight and looking for tips ( www.hungrygirl.com ) just sent out their daily newsletter and they had a question about managing their eating while at WDW... Here is the 3rd suggestion...
3. Check out menus online ahead of time. Even if the restaurants don't have nutritionals posted, you can usually find out what's on the menu before you get there. Then at least you will be prepared for what to expect and can make the best choices. In fact, check out this unofficial guide we found for dining at Disney!
I clicked on the link and it opened RIGHT up to the Dis Menu Pages!!! I can't post the whole thing because it's on my email... unless someone can suggest how I can do that or forward it!!!)
