Some of the better restaurants no longer participate in the program. I've asked a couple places "why" and they said it was too much of a hassle. I should've asked more questions about why it is such a hassle. Can anyone speculate?

You can print the certificate out right after purchasing.

I am finding more restaurants where it says does not take the promotional offer, so that you cannot apply the discount of the day.

Last week, I bought some certificates for Cocoa Beach for the time we are there before our cruise on Tuesday! I took advantage of the 50% offer since I didn't have time to wait it out and some of those restaurants sell out quicker.

We use them all the time and find it easy. As some other poster said, make sure to read the fine print -- what the minimum amount is to spend, are drinks included, limit on what days of week.
