When I log in and click "my plans" it tells me the site is having problems and loops me back to login. Been doing this all day. Is the site down or is this an issue with my account?

Currently working fine for me at the moment, but MDX having issues showing “My Plans” has been happening on/off quite a bit recently so your report is not all that surprising to me.

If you haven’t already, I’d try the usual tricks... use Chrome via an Incognito tab (my preference), private browsing in Safari, etc.

It took me 6 tries to get my online checkin completed today, but it finally worked

I usually have to go incognito on Chrome to be able to log in.
