We are going to HS on June 27th which is a crowd level 8. We plan to be there at 8:30 for rope drop and the park opens at 9. Our group consists of DH, DW, DD6 and DD4. Our plan is:

Toy Story Mania
Buzz & Woody MG
Sofia MG
Jake MG
Disney Jr Show
Mickey Mouse MG
Minnie Mouse MG
Voyage of Little Mermaid FP around noon
Eat Lunch while waiting for Beauty & the Beast
Beauty & the Beast at 1pm
Great Movie Ride FP from 1:30-2:30
Indiana Jones (If we have time)
Muppets 3D
Walk around street of America
Mike & Sulley MG
Toy Story Mania FP from 5-6
Characterpolooza at 6:10 then leave park

Do you think this is possible and did we space things out enough for timing. Also, do you think everything is in the right order or should we shift certain things to avoid wait times. Your help is greatly appreciated!!

It should be before noon for VotLM.

Overall, looks pretty good.

I feel like you didn't leave yourself enough time between the Voyage of the Little Mermaid, lunch and Beauty and the Beast. Depends on the time of your FP though. Are you planning to bring a lunch or do quick service? Lines will be longer at this time of day... Why not beat the lunch crowds and eat lunch slightly earlier? Do your kids tend to be slower eaters?

Also, that's a lot of meet and greets and shows at once! You might want to consider breaking it up with some rides in between .. Or a visit to some other attractions like the Honey I Shrunk the Kids play area. Meet and greets seem like a priority for your family though, but your kids might get restless!

A suggestion for children 4 and 6 would be some time at the Honey I Shrunk the audience playground.

Any reason you are not planning on using your other two FP+?

Overall, looks pretty good.

Thanks for your comments. We picked FP for VotLM first because if we get there before we will just use stand by and let it expire.

I have my other 2 FP for GMR at 1:30 - 2:30 and TSMM at 5-6 (second time riding it).

Do you think I should use FP for TSMM first thing in the morning and go to Buzz and Woody MG first and opt out of riding TSMM a 2nd time later in day unless it's not busy? I would really like to ride it twice but I don't want to risk a long wait for either TSMM or Buzz & Woody MG.

Great idea, thanks! I will squeeze it in before or after Mike & Sulley MG depending on wait time.

Thanks for your input! We are bringing our lunch and we will eat it while in our seats waiting for the 1pm Beauty and Beast show....hopefully it will leave us enough time by doing it this way.

You know your kids better than anybody, but you have a 4 year old and a 6 year old going pretty much nonstop from at least 8A (assuming you only need a half-hour before RD) until 6:30 or later in what will probably be 90-degree or higher heat and heavy crowds.

To me, this seems custom-made for a meltdown by one or both at some point during the day.

Your kids may thank you if you cut the schedule in half and build in a couple of hours of down time in the afternoon. Are you staying nearby? Can you get back to the room for a nap and/or a swim?

I honestly missed you planned on using a FP+ for that, and I think it is a good use, but I might swap minnie and mickey m&g for jake and sophia.

When you are in line for jake and sophia you can keep an eye on the line for VotLM and adjust it accordingly. Once you get done with those two M&Gs, you might be able to swap the FP+ for VotLM for something else and just see it via standby, BUT if the lines are building and you realize you might miss a show unless you use FP+, then keep it as is.

No, I think you are just fine the way you are. You'll ride it first thing in the day with the shortest wait possible (prior to 9 am), then again later in the day once the wait has really built.

I think this stretch of the day really lends itself for a stroller nap. If one kid is sleeping and the other isn't, you still have something planned and if both are sleeping, you can skip the M&Gs and stay on schedule.

Eat Lunch while waiting for Beauty & the Beast
Beauty & the Beast at 1pm
Great Movie Ride FP from 1:30-2:30
Indiana Jones (If we have time)
Muppets 3D
Walk around street of America
Mike & Sulley MG

If you are planning on going to Characterpalooza, I would save walking the Streets of America for then since that's where it's located. You could probably save Muppets for then also.

Thanks for all your help! Your support gives me confidence in my plan! I agree with above. More than likely we will skip Indiana Jones and if they miss Muppets 3D no big deal so I'm hoping we have about an hour down time and hopefully they have a nap within this time!

Good idea!! Makes sense...thanks!!
