HS one day or two with 4 year old?

I haven't been to HS for some time. I am trying to decide if we need just one day or two with 4 year old daughter. In the past we only really needed one day, but we weren't interested in attractions like Little Mermaid. Here is what I have for a one day itinerary. Any suggestions? Should we break it up to two? We will be staying at BWV. Thank you!

Agree with PP. You can do it in a day even if you take a afternoon break.

The things that have been closed in Hollywood Studios are largely to make room for new construction of the two upcoming "lands" - Toy Story Land and Star Wars Land - that will likely not be completed until... nobody has a date yet, but I can't imagine it being before 2019 at the absolute earliest. (Given how long they've taken building Pandora/Avatar Land in Animal Kingdom)

So, in short, yes - the park will still have only a fraction of its former attractions up and running in Feb 2017.

Well, what February 2017 means is that there are 10 months for them to close MORE stuff!

But it's doubtful anything new will open in that time to replace anything they close.

I was just there with a 2 year old and I would say it is definitely a good one day park. That being said, surprisingly this was one of our best days. The crowds were low because of raininess so that helped but it was really great day.
We left feeling satisfied with our day and that we didn't miss anything.
But HS was the only park we felt that way about. always more to do at MK and AK that we didn't get to.
