Just an FYI for anyone In similar spot- we have 3 contracts. One direct and 2 resale -but we qualify for extras. I have always had to put in my blue membership number no matter what contract the resort reservation was under. This one was different. I put in my direct number and it kept telling me I didn’t have a reservation. I put in my resale one that the reservation is under and it took it.

Same! I thought I always had to put in my direct contract number even if I was staying on resale.
