If the modification keeps the same reservation number, you should be fine. May also have a printout of both your MM registration confirmation and your new reservation confirmation when you go to Hollywood Studios in case there is a hickup.

This is the Moonlight Magic registration page. Tomorrow before 11am ET there should be a link to get in the queue to register. The line is lottery draw, so if you join at 10:00am or 10:59am your odds should be the same.

I joined the queue for fun. Started at 1580 and its now paused at 1404 and now at capacity. Open for 6 minutes

I got an almost immediate notification that "It is your turn" but it took 4 minutes to get in. I got to the party size page, put 4 in and it was a no go. Tried 2 and it seemed to take it then froze. Why Disney IT Why did you let me in if it was sold out??

ETA: My number was so low, I never even saw it, just went right to the It's your turn note

When they began these events, you had a real chance of getting in. The problem now, there are so many new members, that it has become an issue. Would be nice to have more dates, but I wouldn't hold your breath.

I am staying on property and missed the deadline for the first attempt at these and today I was over 2000 in line. This is my first solo trip to Disney since my family won't go in August anymore after our experience two years ago when it felt like over 100 everyday. So if anyone has one extra spot that they need a senior citizen to fill, just message me!

We are booked to stay at AKL the whole week. I was on the first registration day for reservation holders for the Hollywood Studios moonlight magic, and it shut down after only about 3000 registrants. Today it shut down after only 200 more. Registering for previous moonlight magics (we've done a total of a dozen over the past 10 years), registration seemed to accommodate a LOT more people. Are they letting in smaller numbers now?
