HS future fastpass question

Do you think after SWGE opens that HS will make only SWGE rides (once they all open and offer fastpasses of course) tier one? Or will they make it so all of the "good" new rides (SWGE rides, SDD, Toy Story Mania and the new Mickey and Minnie one) are tier 1 and then what's left is Tier 2? It would be nice if they gave some Tier 2 options that were actually "options" if you know what I mean,

EPCOT for instance, the Tier 2 options we do because we have to if we want a chance for a 4th FP but really they aren't the best options...they even moved the character meet and greet to Tier 1.

I understand the need for tiering but at the same time I hate it.

When SWGE opens, FPs will NOT be offered for Millenium Falcon Smugglers Run.

We don't know when they will be offered and I think they will be handled differently than they are now when they are offered.

It will be interesting to see how they handle FPs once available. There are many options and a lot of them aren't good ones.
I'm sure we'll see tiered, but will there be 2 or 3 levels?
Will they be more available if you are staying at a deluxe resort rather than a value? I've read rumors, nothing definite.
Paid FPs? again rumors?
Will they set up something like DL Maxpass?
