HS EMH during SWGE Opening days?

Always helps to have comparison data.
What were their opening days? 5/27 and 6/30? (forgive my faulty memory )

The only thing I do remember for certain was EMH on opening day at Pandora

Obviously SWGE will be totally different and I don't think these two land openings can tell us much, but just for some info FWIW:

Pandora
5/27/2017-7/4/2017 - 8AM-11PM regular hours
7/5/2017-8/19/2017 - 9AM-10PM regular hours
85 total days
All 85 days had PM EMHs, 24 out of those 85 days also had AM EMHs (it was generally twice per week)

TSL
6/30/2018 - 8am-11pm regular hours
7/1/2018-8/25/2018 - 8am-10:30pm regular hours
8/26/2018 - 9am-10pm regular hours
8/27/2018-9/2/2018 - 9am-9pm regular hours
65 total days
After opening day, the next 64 days saw daily AM EMHs, with 8 of those days also having PM EMHs

Thank you for the comparison . It at least gives me and other people an idea of what could happen. I am assuming that they probably will have daily EMH for a few months at least to help with the flow of things would make sense to me at least. Since we are staying at BCV and making my dining reservations the first few days of our trip im hoping to get a few days of the EMH

We are in WDW September 8-14th

We will be there the same time. We are planning on GE for Mondaythe 9th. Hopefully there will at least be a little information for us to work with by then. Fingers crossed !!

We arrive sept 7. The thing that has me worried is that on (I think) the press release when they announced the opening dates, they said something like “some” resorts will have EMH. Since we’re staying in a value, I’ve made an 8.15 Hollywood and Vine breakfast reservation in case those EMH doesn’t include us. Have no interest in eating in this restaurant what-so-ever, but travelling with a 5 and 3 year old, so ability to join long queues is shaky at best.

Disney has always used that wording "select resorts" and it has always been all WDW resorts, so I wouldn't worry bout that too much
