HS After Hours and Fantasmic

Wanted to watch Fantasmic before the After Hours event…should we go right there to get a seat upon entering at 7? Or is it better to hang back somehow to be towards the back of the theatre to get out quickly? Thought I had read something like that somewhere?

Suggestions on where to head first after that? Not interested in Tower or RNR. Should we head to Rise first?

I'm sure there are people who know more than me, but I've read to do Rise early as it goes down a lot. As far as Fantasmic, we like being in the front, but I would imagine its a good strategy to be towards the back for a fast getaway. I have also read that the park doesn't close until 9:30 so lots of people jump in line before park close, so the headliners may initially be a bit crowded. Anyway, someone should know what is your best course of action.
