HRH - What to expect for rates late May, early June?

I was hoping someone could give me some input of what I might expect to pay for the HRH for 3 or 4 nights any time from May 27th through June 13.

Those of you that have stayed pr checked this time frame before please let me know what you found out.

Also what is the thinking on when the discounts will be released?
