This question is regarding what I call "turn down" service. I am refering to the service housekeeping performs in the evening. They turn the lights down low, turn on soft music, "turn down" the bedding, and leave wine, cookies, or other treats in your room. This is what I call pampering your guests. They do everything except drw a bath for you.
PBH had wonderful "turn down" service when we were there in September. Does HRH have the same? Am I using the correct terminology?
