I have two questions. One, I made the reservations in my husbands name, using AAA discount, however the AAA card is only in my name (and we have different last names). Is this going to pose a problem at check in??

My second question is, I signed up for a Lowe's card, about 4-5 weeks ago. I still have not received the physical card, however it is on my reservation. I leave in 10 days. If I don't receive the physical card, am I still able to use the "express check-in" and other perks?

Since your name will be on your room card as well there shouldn't be an issue using your AAA discount, having different last names is fairly common nowadays.

As for your Lowes perks just make sure you have your membership number with you and you shouldn't have a problem. If you don't have that yet call the Lowes CS for members and explain that you are on your way to their hotel, I am sure they can get a number for you.
