What is the best way to request a club deluxe room??We are staying in aug. and loved the extra room last year!Should I wait til check-in 11:00a.m. or call before arriving? Thanks for your help!!

do you have loews fiest? If not go to loewshotels and get that first, then call and "request" the upgrade as well as give them your LF number......it may be "available" upon checkin - if not, you at least get a Welcome gift!!!

Yes,I am a Platinum Loews member and have already booked,also an APH.I booked using my aph,but they noted my loews and when I called back last week to get a rate reduction,they said "Oh" you are also a loews member!So I guess I will ask at check-in.That is one reason why we are getting there early from disney!Thanks!!!

Send a really nice, unique email to the Loews First person at the hotel.
