HRH Club level First timer

Hi, we are going to Orlando for the first time in January.
Was wondering whether we are allowed to use the club privileges
before and after check in/out hours?

We will be checking in at around 8 am the first day, leaving our luggage at storage, will we be able to grab a quick breakfast before heading to the park since we will already have our room keys?

And what about after check-out? Will we be able to pop by again for snacks when we pick up our luggage?
