:cool1: I was just able to book our Cabana at the HRH for July. None were reserved yet, and we were able to get #10. I know this is a themed one,but I like the location, and I can see the kids when they come down the slide. Also because of the problems we had last year, I had, and they did email a confirmation letter. :thumbsup2

I love cabana #10 - I have it booked for Sat & Sun of Memorial Day weekend. I agree its the perfect location to keep an eye on the kids plus I love that you dont have to wake up really early to scout out a good lounge chair since you have reserved ones.

Yes, that is the one by the kiddy pool. I believe 9,and 10 are themed, I forget which are which. One is Stevie Wonder and I think the other is The Yellow Submerine? They cost $200. The others are $150. If you stay Concierge you get a $50. discount.

#10 is the Stevie Wonder Musicquarium cabana. It is all the way at the end near the adult hot tub, volleyball court and water slide.

I dont think the one next to it was themed if I remember correctly (I had #10 in Dec) . I think the yellow submarine cabana is in front of the kiddie pool

Ok I just called for the dates I am there in March.
The beachside cabanas are $200 and for club it's $150.
For the standard it's $160 and for club $120.
She also told me the beachside ones get sun if you want it. The others are more secluded and probably in the shade.

Hi... can someone tell me about the cabanas?

How do you go about renting one? How long do you get it for? What is included in the price etc...

We will be staying at HRH for the first time in June.

Thanks!

We rented a Themed Cabana for our July trip #10.We rented for the whole day. I think they have half day rentals too.We will have the cabana until 11pm. In the cabana there is a TV,table and chairs. You get 8 beverages, 6 soda and 2 water. Also a small fruit basket.Outside, 4 lounge chairs and I think 2 floats. We love to hang out in the afternoon, order lunch, then head back to the parks for a while, and then finish that night in the cabana.:thumbsup2 If you are interested in booking, you have to call the Fitness Center to do it. The number is 407-503-2236

Hi, I just wanted to follow up to say I called yesterday and reserved a cabana. They do not offer 1/2 day rentals. The woman told me she would send an email confirmation but I have not received one yet. I did ask if I would have to vacate early if they have a movie that night but she said since it was a Saturday there would most likely be a concert and that Fridays were movie nights. I didn't reserve a specific number b/c I wasn't sure which would work best for us. We have 3 kids... two who swim well and don't need constant supervision. And 1 who does not swim on her own yet who I would need to stay close to. She is a bit beyond the baby pool but needs to be watched. Any suggestions on which cabana number I should request?

It might take a little time to get your confirm. I booked my cabanas for Memorial Day Weekend on 12/6 but didnt get the confirmation until 12/31.

We have had cabanas before when it was movie and concert night and have never had to vacate early. I would be pissed if they made me after I spent $200 to have the cabana.

I too would be ticked if i was asked to vacate early. That is funny, because I received the email about 15 minutes after I booked. Just a form letter were they insert name, date, and cabana number. Awhile ago someone posted a link, that showed the locations for the Cabanas. Maybe someone can repost it for you. I do know #10 is at the end, near the Kiddie pool, and across from the end of the bottom of the slide.

What is the cancellation policy on a cabana? I am thinking of booking one for our last day of vaca and taking a late flight out that evening?

So at #10 I would be able to see DD come down the slide? She's a good swimmer, but I still would want to keep an eye out?

I believe you can see the bottom of the slide from their. You must contact the fitness center by 9pm the evening prior to avoid a no show fee of 1/2 day rental.

If I reserve in advance and it rains all day- am I bound to the cabana fee?
