OOC: Max is still alive. What the Tirsarus Charm does is slow down time for the caster and the target. Since the Killing Cure hit her under the influence of the Tirsarus Charm, it won't kill her immediately, so it can be treated by a doctor. Of course, it won't hlp unless they can cobtact the authorities and get her to St. Mungo's in time. But Max knows almost none of this. She does know though that it's slowed for her. So I suggest contacting the authorities.
