Hows the weather now?

I don't think the temps and humidity start coming down until at least mid October,September is still a very hot month.With that said October and November can still be pretty hot.

What do you mean by pretty hot? I don't call being in the mid 80's hot, but someone from up north might think it is. We might end up scaring someone that wouldn't mind the 80's if we keep saying it's hot, when they might not think so.

The fact is, on the news tonight there was not a 90 or above on the forecast for the next 7 days. Of course the heat index will make it feel about 5 degrees more than it actually is.

Now everyone can decide for themselves whether that is hot or not. In my opinion, I think it feels fantastic!

Just returned from WDW last night and it was hot and muggy the whole time we were there. But - you are at WDW and you just sweat and keep going!!

We arrived on the 11th and it was in the low 90's everyday - some days were more humid than others.

Yeah, it's been in the 90s almost everyday. I don't really care if the news says it's in the 80s, that's the high 80s and it might as well be in the 90s with the heat index. I go outside around 8:50am to catch the bus to school and within 5 minutes of standing there, I'm usually sweating. I do wish it'd rain. It always looks like it might but it never does. It hasn't rained when I was at school in like 2-3 weeks now so I wouldn't really worry about rain much. Rain's a good way to cool off, though.

Hmm..sounds like I might be better off at Disney! This past weekend it was 98 and sweltering during both of my boys' soccer games! We are starting to cool down now too though! I think temps in the 80's are perfect, though I am not a "cold" person either. I do love fall, but I am dreading winter already! Ugghh!
On another note, when we went in April 2006, temps were in the humid 90's every day. We stayed for a week and it never sprinkled one time! We are going June 2009 and I wonder how the weather will be? I definitely don't mind a few sprinkles when it is so hot!!

Yea I moved to Orlando from Memphis and everyone keeps asking me why did you move to FL from Memphis, it's so HOT in Florida, but what people don't know, is that it's been hotter in Memphis all summer than it has in Orlando. It was like that last summer too. Florida is not the hottest place in the US.

This past June was very rainy. It hit a day in the beginning of June and everyday after that we got rain. It was crazy. Big scary storms too. But they usually cleared up and then brought cooler, breezier weather. I do believe June is the beginning of the rainy season. It's still going to be hot during the day, and humid, but there will be rain in June while you're here. It usually hits between 4 and 6 so just be prepared. I think it was around mid-August when I noticed a drop off of the storms every single day.

oh dear God it's thunder storms every stinkin day.....I didn't want to look, but I did....

I wouldnt pay too much attention to that-- I have been tracking the 10 day forcast for the last 3 weeks and it has shown as thunderstorms everyday for the last 3 weeks and I know it hasnt actually stormed everyday by cross checking the actual weather per day...

We will be at the WL on the 21st and I hope it is clear next week, but if it rains I will be ready with my ponchos and Joovy caboose rain sheild

Our weather here in Delaware finally turned this week and it is absolutely gorgeous here now. mid 70's during the day and high 50's overnight. I finally turned my a/c off SO. . .what do I do?

Pack my van and head for Disney World of course! Here we come warm/hot/humid Florida! We will endure.

Just had to say, you've made my day! Living in Myrtle Beach....it has been HORRIBLE here lately! So humid the past few weeks it was hard to breathe. I kept telling DD8 that if it was like this in WDW we would die!

I've been checking the weather and as soon as I saw the lower temps with lower humidity and then your official report -

YAHOO!!!

We are in Southeast Texas, so we know all about humidity. I saw the forecast said mid 80's when we will be there in 2 days and all next week. I can totally handle that!! As long as it isnt in the 90's I am good!

We returned last night from a 7 night stay and it was good and hot and humid. Some days were a little less humid. I'll take it, though, with all of the fears about hurricanes and rain before we left. I'd rather it be hot and humid and dry than rain every day. We did not have one drop of rain while there. But it certainly doesn't feel cooler yet...
