I was wondering how's the food at Hollywood and Vine? I just booked a PS for 10 with the Fantasmic Package. We are meeting up with friends for dinner and the show.

Also, the CM told me if weather is bad and they cancel the show they will give us rain date ticket to see Fantasmic on another night. I thought they didn't do that. Hope it doesn't rain but if it does I hope what he told me is true.

I took my daughter there 2 years ago for her birthday. It was a last minute plan, but we enjoyed it. We went for lunch. They had a big variety of food and it was pretty good. The kids enjoyed the children's buffet. My daughter enjoyed the characters and making her own sundae at the dessert bar. I hope you enjoy it and I know you'll love the show. :D

We enjoy the food and service here and the best part is that you can set your own pace. It's important to me to be able to eat leisurely and have plenty of time to get to the fantasmic venue and get seated. I always feel rushed in a full-service restaurant for some reason.

I'm not a great lover of buffets, we only went to H&V because of the characters, they are no longer there. I was presently surprised by the choice of food and as mentioned earliar you don't feel that you are being rushed.

Thanks to all. I know there isn't any characters anymore what a bummer. You would think of all places MGM would have the most character dinning but instead they have none. We have a 6:10 PS on Thur. July 10 and the Fantasmic show is at 9 that night. I hope this is enough time to eat and make it to the show. I think it should be.

Does anyone know if we are a little early say 45 to hour ( instead of 30 min) will they let you go in and set or do they make you wait in line? This is the first time our friends will be seeing Fantasmic and we would like to be down front. I know that the veiw is good from any seat but we would like to get some good pictures. Remeber we have the Fantasmic dinner package for all of us.
