Maybe someone could help! *Now is it better to stay with Hojo or Anaheim Fairfield Inn? I talked to a agent at GAT and she said the Fairfield is much better than Hojo? Is this true? *

Hojo's is a great hotel, we've stayed there many times, the rooms have always been clean, the staff always polite and helpful. ther are two pool areas, a pirate themed water park for the kids and the garden pool. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the parks from hojo's.

you'll find HoJo's is highly recommended among the disboard disneyland community

We've never stayed at fairfield inn so cant help with that.

Our family has stayed at both. Personally we prefer Fairfield Inn, but I could see if you have little ones the Pirate Pool at Hojo's might be a big draw. (Our kids are teenagers) The Fairfield is a closer walk and Mcdonalds is right in front of the hotel. Nothing wrong with Hojo's, we just prefer the decor and amenities of the Fairfield.

We've stayed at both. Hojo is usually cheaper and has better pool areas (especially for kids) while Fairfield is closer and the rooms in my opinion are slightly better. Fairfield has a McDonalds right in front of it (nice when you run to get breakfast for the family and bring it back to the room), a pizza hut express inside the hotel, and some sandwich area. It really is a toss up. I think I like FFI because its closer. It's probably at least 100+ yards closer to Disneyland.

I would agree it depends on your priorities. We love HoJos because our kids are 3 & 6 and we need a suite (the kids suite) and my oldest love love loves the pirate playarea. I also like the garden setting and that it feels more like a hotel than a motel.

I've just seen Fairfield Inn from the outside. Its a highrise and one of the nicest (if not the nicest) on that one block strip of Harbor across from the main park entrance. I can see it being nice if you don't have kids and like high rises.

We have stayed at both. Besides the longer walk, we much prefer HoJo. Nicer, brighter rooms, and quieter.

we stayed at Hojo's a few times.... with the ent rate sorta.... if I had to choose I would try the Fairfield... they have Disney Themed rooms- and saw a disney room suite- Buzz Light Year on the site... It is really not that much further walking distance from either site... except if you get that 59 room compared to the 129 room at Fairfield... Hojo is nice and clean and spacious ....neither has free breakfast- but Fairfield has Mc D and Mimis and and Pizza hut! If the price was the same I would choose Fairfield... they recently remodeled.....
