How would YOU do AK in 4.5 hours

Looking for suggestions on this and HS (another post) for 9 am to 1:30ish on last day. We have twin 5 year olds (one is 44") and my parents (my mom in a wheelchair so no running).
*** we have ADRS at tusker at 8:30 so my DH can leave for a safari FP at 9, and remember we will be in africa to start.

I would:
get FP for KS at 9
Ride KS when you get out of breakfast if it isn't time go on Pangani Forest Trail
Meet and Greet charecters in Camp Mickey Minnie
See the 1st FOTLK show (around 10ish)
See Flights of Wonder
Visit Maharajah Jungle Trek (flip flop these 2 if needed)
Ride Triceratop spin in Dinoland
Let the kids run off some energy in the Boneyard
Exit the park

I would not do: ITBAB or Dinosaur with 5 yr olds unless they have nerves of steel and don't get scared by anything

What time of year are you going? You may want to add in Kali River Rapids if that's something your kids would enjoy and the weather permits.

we are going the last week of january. I know don't want to get soaked and cold! Is nemo worth fitting in? definitely want Lion king over nemo.

8:30 Tusker House ADR
Send someone out of the ADR at 9AM to get FP for KS if it is peak season
Ride KS after breakfast
Do Rafiki's Planet Watch
Pangani Tail
Head towards Asia and get a FP for EE if you are interested
Do Jungle Trek and/or Flights of Wonder
FP for EE if you are interested if it is time
Go to Dinoland and play in the boneyard
If you are good on time (before noon) and speeding through things, go to Nemo: The Musical
Walk through the Discovery Island to Camp Minnie Mickey
Meet some characters and hit FOTLK

Skip:
It's Tough to Be a Bug (kinda creepy for younger kids)
Dinosaur (Maybe too much for a 5yr old)
Primeval Whirl (Makes me SO sick!)
Kali River Rapids (Unless you want to get soaked)
